Rakhi Celebrations at TJIS

We are delighted to share that our school celebrated the auspicious occasion of Raksha Bandhan today with great enthusiasm, joy and cultural spirit.
The celebration was thoughtfully organized to help our students understand and cherish the eternal values of love, respect, bonding and togetherness.
Highlights of the Celebration:
Raksha Bandhan Pooja & Rakhi Tying Ceremony – Students participated in traditional pooja rituals and celebrated the sacred bond of protection and love.
Handmade Rakhi Making Competition – Students showcased their creativity and artistic skills by designing beautiful handmade Rakhis.
Essay Writing Competition – Students expressed their thoughts on the significance of Raksha Bandhan through meaningful and insightful essays.
Poster Making Activity – Students creatively portrayed the spirit and message of Raksha Bandhan through colourful and inspiring posters.
Cultural & Traditional Rituals – Traditional rituals were performed with due reverence, providing students an opportunity to connect with our rich cultural heritage.
Special appreciation was given to the best performance.
