Today we have celebrated the 75th Republic day in our TJIS Shri Vinay raj Sony sir the founder of the school Varthika mam and the Administrative Director Shri Dakshina murthy sir and our beloved Principal mam Ms Sumam Nair mam hosted the flag. The students presented some wonderful dances songs and a message oriented skit the celebrations resume amazing.

Graduation Day Celebrations

The Graduation Day Function of the Kindergarten Children for the academic year 2023-24 was held in the Toys’ Room.
Shri Dakshinamurthy sir, Administrative Director and Smt S.Sumam Nair Madam, Principal, graced the occasion by their august presence. It was indeed a source of inspiration for all.
After the formal welcome speech by Smt Kalpana, the teacher-in-charge, the colourful programme with a musical extravaganza began with a bang!
All the parents of the Kindergarten children introduced themselves and expressed happiness about their children learning many things like — speaking in English, chanting Slokas in Sanskrit, presentations of activities, Dance, English Skit, Storytelling skills — in the school.
Children gave a gala presentation of various items like chanting, ‘Vakratunda Mahakaya Suryakoti Samapradha…’ invoking Lord Ganesha, colourful dances, storytelling, skit, songs, etc. The entire hall was reverberating with melodious music and songs! Children boldly talked about themselves and their teacher!
A Promotional Video was shown parents highlighting various activities – playing games, running, horse-riding – by children.Children recapitulated their academic, cultural, sports and games, dances, etc. Administrative Director and Principal Madam, presented the children with graduation certificates and the colourful and enchanting programme concluded with the Vote of Thanks was done by the PP-1 students Master Shivash.

Grand Farewell Day Programme Celebrations

Dear Parents,
It is our pleasure to inform you that the students of classes XII and X have been given a warm farewell today i.e. February 3, 2024 from 5 pm onwards in the school premises.
The students of classes XI and IX have organised the glittering function. The Administrative Director, Shri Dakshinamurthy sir and Principal, Smt. Sumam Nair maβam have consented to grace the occasion and blessed the students for success in their Board Examinations. The ‘_Esperanza means Hope_’ event was followed by βLogo Launchβ.
The students of classes IX and XI have put up a colourful show and entertained their seniors by songs, dances, speeches, games, stand-up, comedy, video shows, ramp walk, etc.
The students enhanced the program by giving Titles to the best outgoing pupils. Cake cutting and vote of thanks was presented to all who organised the grand Farewell Programme. Sumptuous dinner followed.

Medical Camp

The Health Basix in collaboration with TJIS, conducted the Medical Camp on the second day,ie.03.02.2024 (Saturday) in the school premises for the remaining children of classes III, IV, V and VI.
The doctors examined the eyes, ear, nose and throat of the children and advised them about their follow up as per their requirement.

π Special Archana
and Puja were conducted in the name of all students.
π Board Examination Hall Tickets and Pens to be used by the students were also placed at the feet of Saraswathi Mata to seek blessings for writing the Board Examinations well.
π The students have been escorted to the temple by their class teachers and other subject teachers.

Sarasvathi Devi Pooja at School

Dear Parents,
Today, February 14, 2024, Panchami Tithi of Shukla Paksha, in the month of Magha, which heralds the approach of Spring Season, is an auspicious occasion to worship Goddess Saraswat, also known as Saraswati Puja.
Saraswati Puja was observed with great zeal and passion in our School.
Senior Teachers Shri Seshubabu and Shri Yadagiri lit the lamp before the portrait of Goddess Saraswati and garlanded.
The children Vaishali and Ritisha of Class V chant Saradwati Shloka followed by Keetthana’s melodious rendering of ‘Yakundentu…’ on Ma Saraswati.
Smt Srilatha, Telugu teacher spoke on the significance of Vacant Panchami and Saraswati Puja.
Students of Classes IV, V, VI, & VII performed a scintillating dance recital on ‘Ma Saraswati Sarade…’ This was followed by Akshra Abhyasam to Kindergarten and Class I Children by Senior Teachers: Shri Seshubabu, Shri Yadagiri, Shri Krishna Reddy, Shri Madhsudan and Shri Veerappa.
Smt Lakshmi Triveni gave her concluding remarks. Smt Sumam Nair, Principal, conveyed the importance of Saraswati Puja and how education began on this suspicious day. The principal conveyed best wishes to all the Class X and XII Board students.
The colourful pageantry concluded with the singing of National Song.

On 13th April 2025, our Grade XII students embarked on an exciting educational trip to the Salar Jung Museum, Hyderabad ποΈ.
The visit was aimed at enriching their understanding of history π, art π¨, and culture π beyond the classroom setting .Accompanied by Mr. Shravan and Mrs. Bindu, the students explored incredible galleries filled with antiques π°οΈ, paintings πΌοΈ, manuscripts π, and sculptures πΏ from across the globe π.
β°π« A special highlight was the famous musical clock β students were absolutely fascinated watching the tiny figure strike the hour! It was truly a magical moment to remember! πΆπ°οΈπ

TJIS observed Holi festival today, viz 13 March, 2025, during Morning Assembly at Atrium. Holi symbolises the victory of good over evil, inspired by the legendary story of Prahlad.
The Tiny Tots of the school presented a colourful entry with a Punjabi number followed by 2,3,4 Class students focusing on a group song. Students of Classes 5 & 6 celebrated kicking the floor. Subsequently Classes VI and VII presented a volourful number with a Bangra dance.
Earlier, Abhijeet and Abhinash delivered a brief inspiring speech in English and Telugu highlighting the significance of Holi.
Principal madam in her keynote address emphasized that Holi festival symbolizes love and friendship among people.
The Assembly concluded with the singing of National Song.

We are excited to share with you that a series of motivational and calligraphy sessions have been successfully organized for students of grades IX to XII. These sessions were thoughtfully planned to provide guidance and support as our students navigate their academic and career paths.
The motivational classes, led by Mr. Srihari Sir and his team, aimed to inspire and empower our students. They focused on helping students build confidence, stay focused, and set achievable goals for their future studies. Through these classes, students were encouraged to explore their interests, understand their strengths, and develop a positive mindset towards their academic journey.
In addition, we organized calligraphy classes, conducted by Mr. Suresh Sir, to help students explore their creative side. These classes not only enhanced their artistic skills but also provided them with a therapeutic and meditative experience that can help reduce stress and improve concentration. The art of calligraphy also encourages attention to detail and patience, which can be beneficial in many areas of study.

As these young minds prepare to ascend into Classes 10 and 12* in the forthcoming academic session, this visit symbolized a *confluence of faith, knowledge, and aspiration*βa moment of deep reverence for the goddess who illuminates the path of wisdom.
*”Education is the journey from darkness to light, and knowledge is the lantern that guides us through.” True to this sentiment, Maa Saraswati, the divine embodiment of wisdom, learning, and creativity, is venerated as the eternal source of intellect and enlightenment. Sankranti Utsav: A Celebration of Light and Tradition
The Sankranti Utsav at our school radiated joy and cultural richness. Anchored by Mrinalini and Varunika of Grade X, the event began with a warm welcome to our beloved Principal, Mrs. S. Sumam Nair, whose inspiring leadership lights our path.
The Lighting of the Lamp, led by Mrs. S. Sumam Nair, symbolized knowledge and positivity. The delightful Bogipallu Ceremony highlighted the celebration, featuring the little ones from Nursery, PP-1, & PP-2 whose innocence and joy captured every heart.
The cultural program was vibrant, with captivating dances by Istha and her team (Class 6), Vinuthna and her team (Class 8), and Sarveshwar and his team. These were complemented by eloquent speeches from Abinash (Class 9) and Aarav (Class 8A) celebrating Sankranti’s values. A melodious group song by Mahanya, Prasika, and their team added to the festive spirit.
Our guiding light, Mrs. S. Sumam Nair, inspired everyone with her heartfelt message on Sankranti’s significance, highlighting the onset of the harvest festival as a symbol of renewal and gratitude. She beautifully connected its reflections to students’ lives, emphasizing the importance of embracing change, cultivating resilience, and fostering unity to grow and thrive, much like the season itself.
The program concluded with a sincere Vote of Thanks by Mrs. Rajitha, followed by the National Anthem, leaving all with festive joy and pride.

The students of Classes KGs to 3 from The Jain International School embarked on a delightful field trip to a nearby park, blending education with recreation. The outing was designed to emphasize the timeless adage, *”A Sound Mind in a Sound Body,”* highlighting the importance of physical activity for mental well-being.
Amidst lush greenery and fresh air, the young learners explored the wonders of nature while engaging in playful activities. They ran freely on the soft grass, enjoyed swings and slides, and participated in interactive games that sparked their imagination and teamwork.

The morning assembly resonated with patriotism as the school observed Vijay Diwas, paying tribute to the valour and sacrifices of the Indian Armed Forces.
Students showcased their gratitude through two evocative dance performances: Manaswini and Group on Tere Mitti, and Harshavardhan and Team on Vande Mataram from Fighter, each a moving ode to our brave soldiers.
A solemn minute of silence was observed in honour of the martyrs. Our beloved Principal, Mrs. S. Sumam Nair, addressed the gathering, emphasizing the military’s unwavering role as the nation’s protective shadow.

The highlight of the day was *a delightful speeches on the importance of the colour purple by PP2 kids Shanmukshiv, Shivamsh, and Rishika, who spoke about its symbolism of creativity and wisdom.*
This was followed by a lively dance performance on a purple-themed rhyme, bringing energy and joy to the event.
An engaging fingerprint painting activity* allowed the children to explore their creativity, and the event concluded with a fun photo session where the kids proudly displayed their artistic takeaways.
The celebration beautifully combined learning and fun, making it a memorable day for all.
