Fun days with colours
Our world is filled with colours. A very important part of learning during kindergarten years is the identification and the recognition of colours.
Rainbow -“Fun days with colours” was celebrated in the school by the kindergarten students today . The teachers and the students spoke about colours during the class time and they sang rhymes on the various colors. The children showed their enthusiasm to mix paints and colours. It was an excellent learning experience for children, which will enhance their visual skills.

Bonalu Festival Celebrations
Today we Celebrated BONALU FESTIVAL in our school.A special puja was performed in the school . BONALU dances and Pothraju dances were performed by the energetic students of TJIS. There were Songs and speeches on the BONALU FESTIVAL. Everyone was filled with the spirit of festival and celebrations.

Today the deserving young talents of TJIS were bestowed with the responsibilities of leading the school from the front with their confidence and commitment.
The Investiture Ceremony was presided over by the Administrative Director Sri.Dakshinamurthy sir, along with the Principal Mrs.Sai Krishnaveni ma’am.The event started with the welcoming guests, lighting the lamp🪔, prayer🙏and the pledge.After the spectacular March Past by the school council members,the Administrative Director presented the badges🛡️ and sashes to the newly appointed members of the student council.He congratulated them and reminded their duties.The Principal administered the oath of office🗒️ to the council members.

Our honourable CEO Dr.Niranjan Manchikanti sir, our Administrative Director Sri.Dakshinamurthy sir,our Principal Mrs.Sai Krishnaveni ma’am,and all the teaching and Non teaching staff members along with the SPA dept.for giving their constant support to make this event a great success.
The ceremony concluded with the National Anthem🇮🇳.

Janmashtami Celebrations
Janmashtami is celebrated as the birthday of Lord Krishna.Today(19/08/2022) we celebrated *Krishna Janmashtami* in our school with lot of joy.The students dressed up as Lord Krishna and Radha.The life and message of Lord Krishna was depicted and given through Songs and speeches.A wonderful skit was performed by the students guided by Mrs.Seema,Mrs Reena and Mrs.Reetu form the Hindi dept. It was a great skit ,depicting the life of Lord Krishna . Overall the festival of devotion and obedience filled the campus with today’s celebrations.

HAPPY CHILDREN’S DAY
Mega Celebrations held in the school today on the occasion of the Children’s Day .The program started with the lighting of the lamp by Sri Dakshinamurthy sir our Administrative Director along with Mrs. Sai Krishnaveni ma’am our Principal .The staff members of the school organised an unparalleled and amazing program for the students. The program started with the school assembly conducted by the teachers. Cultural program followed the assembly.Amazing dances ,Speeches, tongue twisters,shayari, funny quiz ,songs,funny news, stand up comedy and group dance were performed by the teachers.
The Administrative Director of the school Sri.Dakshinamurty sir attended the event and gave his best wishes and valuable message at the end of the program to the students. Sports events like Kho kho , football,volley ball , cricket , basketball and throw ball matches were also organised for the students.A very Special Lunch with a variety of delicious items on banana leaves was served to the students by the staff members.The diyas lit on each dining table, gave a nice ambience for a great lunch.
Overall it was one of the most memorable events for TJIS.

Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan Program

“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful and committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.” Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan .As a part of the class activity Cleanliness Drive under Swachh Bharat ,Swasth Bharat Abhiyaan was conducted by the students of grade -VI 👥👥 .Students cleaned an area outside the school campus.🧹🧹The students were enthusiastic and determined to not just clean the area but also pledged to keep it clean and spread the message of cleanliness. The main purpose of this was to create awareness among the students regarding cleanliness and its benefits.

Second Parent Teacher Meeting
Greetings 🎉
Today the Second Parent Teacher Meeting was conducted in the school.The parents of both the Day Boarders and residential students attended the meeting and discussed the progress of the wards.The parents interacted with the class teacher , subjects teachers, hostel wardens ,SPA dept, admin dept, Principal and the management and expressed their concerns and expections from the school.
The Progress Card of the student was shown to the parents .The parents were informed about the marks scored by their wards in the Term I examination. We would like to thank and express our gratitude to all the parents who attended this meeting and gave us their valuable suggestions .

As a part of Academic activity,a Spell Bee competition was conducted for the students yesterday (26/11/2022).In the evening as a part of recreational activity,a Volley ball matche in floodlights and a Camp Fire was organised for the residential students.Everyone enjoyed the great music and ambience.
